  5. Now take a small portion of potato mixture and give it a cylindrical shape.
  6. Now cut a portion like bread in poha dough and take it in your palm and spread it nicely, then add the potato mixture and close it. Next coat it with semolina.
  7. Now heat oil for frying and fry the rolls until cooked.
  8. Serve it with tomato sauce or your desire dip.
